Minimum Age to Use the Service

Only users aged 21 and above may use pkpk7's gaming services. pkpk7 strictly prohibits underage access. If false information is found to have been provided during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and remaining balances may be forfeited.

Purpose of Services

pkpk7's services are an entertainment and recreation platform for players in Myanmar, offering football betting, live casino, slots, Sic Bo, and card games. These services are not intended for commercial resale or third-party trading.

One Account Per User

Each user may register only one personal account at pkpk7. Opening duplicate accounts using the same information — multi-accounting — is strictly prohibited. If detected, all related accounts will be closed and remaining balances may be forfeited.

Account Information Accuracy

The details you provide when opening an account — name, phone number, and payment address — must be accurate and complete. If we find that an account was opened with incorrect information, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation. If you need to update your details, contact customer service directly.

Account Security Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials and password safe. You have been advised not to share account access with any third party. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify pkpk7 customer service immediately.

Deposits

Deposits at pkpk7 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. All deposits are recorded in Myanmar Standard Time (MMT). If your balance does not update after a deposit, contact customer service with proof of payment.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The account receiving the withdrawal must match the account used for the deposit; transfers to a third party's payment account are not permitted. pkpk7 may conduct verification checks at any time to prevent money laundering.

Payment Restrictions

• Funds received from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Funds deposited through methods suspected of money laundering or fraud may be frozen immediately.
• Withdrawals may be held until account verification is complete.
• Accounts that attempt to withdraw bonus funds without making a real-money deposit may be closed.

Welcome Bonus

A 120% bonus — up to 200,000 Ks is available on your first deposit. To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount.

Example — depositing 20,000 Ks gives a bonus of 24,000 Ks, bringing your total balance to 44,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.

Similarly, depositing 340,000 Ks gives a bonus of 200,000 Ks, bringing your balance to 540,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• The welcome bonus can be claimed once per account.
• Only one account sharing the same IP address, payment method, or personal details is eligible to claim the bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, pkpk7 reserves the right to void the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it.
• All decisions regarding bonus awards are final and rest with pkpk7.

VIP Program and Cashback

pkpk7's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback rates are up to 0.4% at Bronze, 0.8% at Silver, 1.1% at Gold, and 1.5% at Platinum. All decisions regarding VIP tier upgrades are made by the pkpk7 team.

Fair Play

All games at pkpk7 are run using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. If an account is found to be using botting, automated software, or collusion to manipulate game outcomes, pkpk7 may close that account immediately and forfeit any remaining balance.

Football Betting Policy

Football betting covers both local and international competitions — including MNL, EPL, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF tournaments. Stake limits, bet cancellations, and match-related decisions are handled by pkpk7's designated staff, and their decisions are final.

If a match is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, pkpk7's refund policy will apply accordingly.

Bets Cannot Be Reversed

Completed football bets, casino games, or slots cannot be reversed (chargeback). Initial wagers are considered final and non-reversible gaming contributions.

pkpk7 Limitation of Liability

pkpk7 works to keep services running without interruption. However, pkpk7 is not responsible for any losses caused by temporary service outages due to maintenance, network issues, or other factors outside pkpk7's control.

pkpk7 does not accept financial responsibility for player losses, monetary damages, or unmet bonus expectations.
